"lesartistescostellois.fr."   SIRET n° 40998384800014, non-profit association governed by the law of 1901, based at 12 avenue de la République, Le Coteau - 42120, processes personal data obtained from the user in order to satisfy the sole functioning of the association. 

No electronic commercial transaction is carried out on our site. The prices of the courses are indicated for information purposes and must be paid physically to the treasurer or, failing that, to the president  of the association against delivery of a payment receipt.

General provisions

1. Responsible for the processing of personal data, in accordance with the GDPR (hereinafter referred to as "Regulations") is Manuel Gallardo, president of the association (hereinafter referred to as "Data Controller");

3. “Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

The source of personal data

1. The data controller only processes the contact details and information allowing the identification of the member or the user which are necessary for the operation of the association;

2. The controller processes personal data  to enable necessary communication between members. Personal data will not be made public, nor sold to third parties, nor transmitted abroad.

The purpose of data processing

The controller processes personal data for the following purposes:

1. Registration on the site   in accordance with Chapter IV, Section 2 of the GDPR;

2. The processing of the contact request created by the user (surname, first name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number);

3. In order to comply with the laws and regulations arising from the contractual relationship between the Data Controller and the User;

4. Personal data is necessary for the operation of the association, membership file, email, news letter etc.

The retention period of personal data

1. The controller only retains personal data for the duration associated with  membership of the association. 

2. The controller is obliged to delete personal data after expiry of the retention periods provided for by law.

Recipient and processor of personal data

Any third party that processes the user's personal data on behalf of the controller becomes the data processor.

Customer rights

In accordance with the Regulations, the customer has the following rights:

1. right of access to data;

2. right to rectification of data;

3. right to erasure of data;

4. right to object to data processing;

5. right to data portability;

6. right to withdraw consent to data processing by emailing us at: "manugall25@gmail.com"

7. right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in the event of an alleged breach of the Regulations.

Security of personal data

1. The controller declares to have implemented all the technical and organizational measures necessary to guarantee the use of personal data that respects the privacy of the persons concerned;

2. The data controller has put in place all the technical measures necessary to guarantee the security of the data he has collected, in particular securing access to his computer with a password, using anti-virus software and carrying out periodic maintenance from the computer.

Final provisions

1. The Data Controller reserves the right to update and modify these Terms at any time without notice. The latest version of these conditions will be published on its website.
